Our Old Port Lobster Flatbread is a whole new approach to enjoying the freshest Maine Lobster. We immerse the large pieces of sweet Maine lobster in our specially developed lemon-herb butter sauce. As with all of our recipes we want to enhance, not hide, the taste of lobster, so we add a bit of lemon zest, garlic, fresh parsley, artichoke bottoms and just enough of a full-flavor pecorino-romano cheese. All this tops a crispy, flavorful flatbread making it perfect for entertaining or just a quiet night at home.
